Refunds / Returns

Returns and Exchanges must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Item must be in original box and be in an undamaged state.

Original sales invoice must accompany the item.

20% restocking fee will apply.

Items not eligible for return or refund or exchange include but not limited to:

• Ram / Memory
• Hard Drives
• Video Cards
• Sound Cards
• Internal Add On Cards
• Monitors
• Software

Warranty

OnGeek offers manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated.

OnGeek will only warranty items that have a manufactures defect.

Items damaged by misuse or handling such as but not limited to liquid spills, over clocking, and overheating will not be covered under warranty.

Price Match

OnGeek will match or beat any local competitor pricing on software and hardware.

Item must be the exact same model and item number.

Item must not be clearance or out of stock Item.

“Local” is limited to Port Alberni.
