Our response to COVID-19: Remote Support

First and foremost I hope everyone and their families are safe and healthy during this extraordinary time and I wish you all well. With that being said I have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of my clients, myself and all our loved ones.

I have suspended all in home, office, and any Pickup & Delivery services for the time being. I am currently offering remote service via an internet connection to all clients. With remote service, I can fix most computer problems and any technical issues you may be experiencing with the exception of physical hardware replacement or repair. I can help with everything from setting up video communications to stay in touch with loved ones, troubleshooting email issues, poor performance, or anything that may be hindering your computing experience.
